Finding the way back to you...
Your story - the mountains you've climbed or the deserts you've crossed - deserves to be told so that you can reclaim your truth. You deserve to grow from your story and experience the freedom and healing authentic sharing can bring.
Welcome. I am glad you're here. My name is Fallon and it would be an honor to come alongside you, as a fellow traveler and human, and help you towards a life of integration, wholeness, and authenticity through therapy. I deeply desire for you to know that you are not alone in your experiences and that your story truly matters. My hope is for you to experience the transformative power that therapy can provide in all of life's challenges, struggles, pain, doubts, conflicts, and stressors. My mission is to meet you exactly where you are and collaboratively create an environment and relationship that works best for your unique needs, desires, and hopes. I know first-hand how difficult reaching out for support can be- remember, you are worth it!
I work with adults, couples, and teens seeking help and healing for anxiety/depression, relational dynamics and conflict, loss + grief, relational + developmental trauma, work/life balance and transitions, codependency, esteem, and addiction recovery. I use an integrative, individualized, and collaborative approach that focuses on reparenting through healing wounding from hardships in one's story and reprocessing through EMDR methods.
I am a LMFT (temp) receiving supervision from Tonya Robbins, LMFT- TN1368, and am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. My focus includes EMDR, Healing Our Core Issues, somatic, narrative, person-centered, CBT, EFT, and experiential therapy. My hobbies include hiking just about anywhere; traveling with my husband; reading fiction and self-help books; painting flowers and abstract images; singing; spending quality time with friends and family, loving on and caring for my two fur babies; and participating in 12-step/ recovery work.
